White House Halloween: 2025

For Halloween 2025, the White House and First Family transformed the South Portico and South Lawn according to the First Lady’s design vision. Visitors passed by carved pumpkins on the stairs, cascading autumn leaves, and a “Halloween 2025” sign, while the South Lawn featured farmers-market–style booths with mums, pumpkins, and gourds, which BMF supported as the creative and production agency throughout the project.

Translated Art Director concepts into renderings, décor, and styling. Developed a distribution plan for over 20,000 pumpkins and mapped leaf installations. Directed on-site staging of the South Portico and booths, managed production assistants, and coordinated with the Secret Service, National Park Service, and Executive Residence staff to ensure smooth execution.
